i found our large family room to be a great size. the food tasted delicious and i loved the variety of cocktails. the indoor swimming pool was warm and the sauna felt excellent. i was happy the outdoor pool was heated, even at the end of november (such a nice touch!).

the hotel is situated directly on the beach, offering immediate access for sunbathing and swimming. it is also conveniently close to the airport, only about a 30-minute transfer.

the daily activities offered fun for all ages, and a tranquil adult pool allowed me to fully relax. the staff maintained immaculate cleanliness, and they were always courteous. pool areas were consistently clean, free of clutter. i noticed food and drink options were abundant throughout the day.
i felt the lift service was occasionally slow due to high demand.

the hotel offers a private beach. the beach area appears very safe, with lifeguards present. i saw that belongings could be left unattended without concern. finding a good spot wasn't difficult with both beach and pier options.

this hotel impressed me with its perfect service and attention to detail. the staff was attentive and eager to assist with any request. the gardens are beautiful offering a serene atmosphere. the grounds were well kept and contribute to a relaxing environment. the experience was nice.
i noticed that the poolside music was occasionally quite loud which was not ideal for relaxation.

the food was amazing!!! they switched between meals, and everything was tasty. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the beach being right by the resort was also very convenient.
the poolside music sometimes had foul language. this was not ideal since kids were often around.

This was my first time here and i found it to be an really good place. the food options were varied and of very high quality. There was always something appealing to eat. the staff was attentive to all needs. i would definitely recommend getting a cabana. The service was perfect.
the only slight downside was that the pool was not heated. this meant it was a little too cold for comfortable swimming , but it did not spoil my overall experience.
